We are seasoned property investors with over 20 year’s experience. We are offering our experience to prospective investors as a means to invest in property without needing the knowledge and expertise it takes to navigate the complex and regulatory fraught world of property investing, finance and letting. There are two ways you can invest with us.

Fixed income

You lend money at a fixed interest rate for a fixed term. This method is a straight forward loan agreement. You will receive your interest plus capital back at the end of the term regardless of how the investment performs. This method is ideal for smaller investment amounts (typically under £100k) or for someone who prefers a low risk investment and who likes to know exactly how much they will receive at the end of the term.

You lend money to buy a share of the property and receive your share of the profits accordingly. This method would suit someone prepared to receive a higher return on their investment but carries the risk of the investment making a loss.
