This property is a nod to homes built between the World Wars, sitting in a peaceful cul-de-sac. It’s a stone’s throw away from expansive green spaces, a charming duck pond, and vibrant children’s playgrounds.
Our Transformation Journey: The house was once undergoing renovations by its previous owners who faced financial constraints. Sensing an opportunity, we stepped in, acquired the property, and transformed it into the family gem it is today.
Exterior Touch: We modernized its look with insulation and a stylish render. This not only freshened its appearance but also made it more energy-efficient.
Kitchen Facelift: We expanded the kitchen, creating space by removing the chimney. The Velux windows usher in ample natural light, and the underfloor heating adds a touch of luxury.
Living Room Revamp: We enhanced the ambiance with contemporary lighting options and reinstated the fireplace for that classic charm. Plus, the solid oak flooring gives it a timeless appeal.
Garden Makeover: The old, almost collapsing garage had to go. In its place, we introduced a spacious patio and lively plant arrangements for those perfect outdoor family moments.

Our Acquisition Insights: This maisonette is a leasehold property. Though it came with a generous 97-year lease, it’s essential to note the significance of lease lengths. As lease durations approach the 80-year mark, they can impact property valuation and mortgage possibilities.
